Wikipedia page creation is subject to Wikipedia's editorial policies and notability guidelines, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee that a Wikipedia page will be accepted or retained, as this is at the sole discretion of Wikipedia's volunteer editors. We will make all reasonable efforts to create a compliant, notable page. If a page is rejected, we will work with you to address the reasons given, but no refund is provided solely on the basis of editorial rejection.
You agree to:
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
